Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 12 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 11 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per
oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €30.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Pet bed, bowl
- A one-time additional cost of 10 € for final cleaning
Other notes
We are 20 meters from Via Garibaldi, the Main Street of the historic center of Genoa, in the resident area so if you arrive by car you will have to send me the license plate and car ownership booklet (the rental contract if rented) so you will have, included in the price, the ZTL permit to be able to access, for check in and check out, and to arrive at a distance of 100 meters from the house. The car must be parked outside the ZTL area, in one of the nearby car parks (10 minutes on foot).
