The accommodation is clean and well-equipped, the landlord is very nice. However, there is a significant water damage, causing high humidity in the room and corresponding water stains on the walls. The shower is also leaking. Moreover, a musty smell is noticeable. The interior is very new, so this situation is really regrettable. We could not have endured it for more than one night. The damage should be repaired urgently and the apartment should be dried.

It requires more cleaning and ventilation because it is a basement. Mattress and bed need to be replaced.

The structure is nice, the room is clean and tidy. The convenience of being a fifteen-minute walk from San Siro is priceless. We did not meet the manager in person, but when we spoke to him on the phone, he was always available and courteous. If we need anything, we will definitely return.
