Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €4.50 per person per night is applicable up to 14 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 18 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €17.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €80.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Please contact the host before booking if you are traveling with pets
Other notes
È severamente vietato fumare ed organizzare eventi all’interno dell’appartamento. In caso di violazione sarà addebitato un importo pari a 200 €.
Ogni richiesta extra deve pervenire via email almeno 24 ore prima ed è soggetta a disponibilità.
