Cozy and bright two-room apartment, 40 square-meters, located on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Milanese building of the early 20th century, and rennovated, preserving the original style, in 2023.

Found in via Pasubio, facing the Microsoft and Feltrinelli buildings, extreamely close to Porta Garibaldi and Corso Como, well connected through public trasporatation, and in a quiet area even though in the city center.

ENTRANCE: storage room with wash-dryer machine and service closet; hallway with second closet and bookshelf;
LIVING AREA: broad modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigeratotor and freezer, elcetric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric juicer, coffe machine, tableware and all the essentials; extendable table, double sofa bed and small balcony with view on viale Pasubio;
SLEEPING AREA: double bedroom with window and walk-in closet, desk, smart TV, period fireplace amd air purifier;
BATHROOM: typical milanese "cementine" flooring to upholde the "casa di ringhiera tradition", the bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink with drawers, heated towel rack and hair dryer;
OTHER SERVICES: fast internet, air conditioning, autonomous heating, ironing board, first aid kit, sawing kit, fire estinguisher.

ACCESS AND OTHER NOTES:
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (two in the double bed and two in the sofa bed in the kitchen)
During the stay, the apartment will be entirely reserved for guests; No one else will have access.

Entry is via Self Checkin (but you must make a call to the owners to open the doors)
IMPORTANT NOTE
Guests are required to register their documents through a special link that will be sent before the stay in order to allow the transmission of data to the Italian authorities in accordance with current legislation. (the use of the app for the registration of documents autonomously has been chosen to ensure maximum security of the transmission procedures and maximum protection of sensitive data)
In the event that the guest refuses to do so, access to the apartment will not be allowed and the agreed fee will NOT be refunded.

Very clean, modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen! The host was really nice and always responded quickly to all of our questions. All in all we had an amazing stay there!

Strategic location, yet quiet, close to Garibaldi metro station. Mrs. Debora was very kind from the booking; in the apartment, we found everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

Conveniently located 5 minutes from Garibaldi station and the metro. It's clear that the apartment has been recently renovated, very cute. Mrs. Debora has really thought of everything, nothing is missing. We had a really good time. Recommended.
