Nice and clean apartment with terrace and view over (quiet) public park. Modern kitchen and bathroom. No wi-fi at arrival, but Rosy fixed it immediately. She responds quickly to all your questions. \nI had a pleasant stay and was impressed by Museo Santa Giulia and Capitolium. Lago d’Iseo is a very green area and easily reachable by train.

L'appartamento è localizzato in un punto molto strategico rispetto alla stazione e abbastanza vicino al centro della città. È fornito di tutto ciò che serve per soggiorni di breve e media durata. L'host è molto gentile. È stata apprezzata la disponibilità e l'attenzione alle esigenze mostrate verso il cliente durante il soggiorno. Molto apprezzato il welcome con prodotti per la colazione e per pranzo/cena (pasta, caffè, ecc ecc). Consiglio questa struttura e l'host a tutti!

Proprietaria molto gentile, disponibile e "smart" nella consegna delle chiavi. Alloggio molto spazioso e pulito; posto auto comodo al coperto.

Se tutti i B&B fossero come quello de La Fenice, non ci sarebbe bisogno di alberghi o residence! Sebbene la signora non avesse potuto essere presente, mi ha supportato (e sopportato!) in modo molto preciso e tecnologico. Alloggio spazioso e completo di ogni accessorio sopratutto per chi vuole soffermarsi qualche giorno con uso di cucina. La posizione abbastanza vicino alla fermata metro e bus, non è facilissima da trovare sopratutto se si arriva di notte. Il parcheggio privato e coperto è un valore aggiunto. L'alloggio essendo situato in una posizione tranquilla è molto silenzioso. La descrizione del sito corrisponde al vero. Se dovessi tornare a Brescia, non cercherei alternative..

La proprietaria Rosy è veramente carinissima e disponibile. L'appartamento "Giada" è veramente accogliente, pulito, non manca nulla nemmeno per la colazione.

Ottimo posto! Tranquillo, vicinissimo alla Stazione dei treni, pulito e molto moderno e accogliente. La signora Rosy e stata più che disponibile e molto premurosa in tutto. Una mini colazione inclusa anche se non era prevista. Consigliato in qualsiasi necessità; siamo stati molto bene e semmai ci sarà un ritorno a Brescia, sarà sempre preso La Fenice!

L'appartamento nuovissimo completo di tutti i confort curato nei minimi dettagli si trova a pochi passi dalla stazione, metro e vicino a ristoranti e negozi. La proprietaria disponibilissima gentilissima e pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Praticamente tutto perfetto. Ci è dispiaciuto ripartire.

Struttura moderna e curata nel dettaglio, dotata di ogni comfort, accogliente. Gestore della struttura molto disponibile, gentile e affettuosa. Se dovessi ritornare a Brescia sicuramente sceglierei di nuovo il B&B La Fenice.
