Newly built two-room apartment in Milan's South of Lodi district and close to Ripamonti. Close to tram line 24, which connects the flat to the city centre, Bocconi University, the via Noto department of the Statale University, the Prada Foundation and the 2026 Olympic Village. Excellent for business trips, as it is close to the entrance of the east and west ring roads and connected to the centre by public transport. Just 15 minutes away by bus is the IEO, which can be reached by line 222. Stecca 13 is a newly built two-room apartment consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa bed, a bathroom with washing machine and a double bedroom. The flat is equipped with all comforts, designed to make your stay peaceful and easy to enjoy: inside La Stecca 13 you can find free WiFi with fibre, a washing machine, a well-stocked kitchen, Smart TV and a welcome kit, as well as a young and always helpful host.

Close to the flat is the tram 24 stop, which takes you directly to the Duomo, the Prada Foundation and Porta Romana, as well as to the Crocetta yellow line stop. The surroundings are rich in services, such as pharmacies, supermarkets and bars/restaurants. By taking the 222 bus, it is also possible to reach the IEO,

Great welcome; very close to the IEO which can also be reached on foot. Hosts Alice and Danilo are nice, absolutely available, flexible and have done everything possible to make us feel at ease. They are both very attentive and very oriented towards those corporate values that seem to have been forgotten by both old and new companies. The modern apartment is equipped with all the amenities that make it super welcoming and comfortable. Particularly quiet, more valuable for the parking space located in the courtyard of the building. The hosts are always ready to answer your questions so everything is excellently organized. I would give a 10 with honors if there were the possibility. There are even umbrellas available in case of rain; all kitchen equipment as well as the quiet and perfectly functioning appliances. There is even oil for seasoning! Nothing is left to chance. The air conditioning works perfectly. Extraordinary cleanliness! You find the towels perfectly arranged on the bed. A TV in the dining room and one in the bedroom. Comfortable beds as well as pillows. Simple but satisfying breakfast. The shower/bathroom is equipped with a washing machine; shampoo and all the necessary amenities like in a higher category hotel. Well done! We wish you all the best and keep it up. We will definitely recommend you to friends and acquaintances.

The managers are fantastic. The apartment is clean and lacks nothing. The location is convenient, a few minutes walk away there is tram 24 which goes to the center. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed here in view of my mother's operation at IEO. The place is super clean, nice, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort. It is only 5 minutes by car from IEO. Danilo is a delightful person, he was really kind and helpful in assisting us with everything. If there is a need, we will definitely return. Thank you, Danilo!

Super equipped apartment, very clean and with owners available to provide all requested information. However, the location is a bit inconvenient for us as we had to go to the IEO, we had to take a taxi daily. During our stay, the restaurant we were supposed to go to for dinner was closed. Mini market reachable by tram in a few stops. Overall, an excellent B&B.

Grazie per la vostra recensione e per aver apprezzato la pulizia, la completezza dell’appartamento e la nostra disponibilità. Ci fa piacere che vi siate trovati bene, anche se ci teniamo a precisare – per correttezza verso i futuri ospiti – che l’IEO dista solo 1,4 km ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi lungo la strada pedonale o in autobus (fermata a 5 minuti dall’appartamento). Queste opzioni vi erano state indicate al check-in, quindi il taxi, pur essendo una valida scelta, non è indispensabile. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, purtroppo non dipende da noi: come segnalato, era lunedì, giorno in cui molti locali in zona sono chiusi. Abbiamo spesso ospiti diretti all’IEO che trovano la posizione comoda e ben collegata. Grazie ancora e speriamo di rivedervi presto!

We had a really pleasant stay in this BNB in Milan. The apartment is very well-kept, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything necessary to feel at home — from the complete kitchen to the little details that make a difference. A special thanks to Danilo, the owner, who is very kind and always available: he welcomed us with great courtesy and made us feel immediately at home. The location is convenient, quiet but well connected. Highly recommended!

Very nice and tidy apartment. Furnished in a modern style and with all the comforts. 10 and praise for cleanliness: really impeccable and everything disinfected. Danilo and Alice are very kind and courteous. For breakfast, I would suggest a little more, like cookies or croissants, in addition to tea and coffee, which were present. Highly recommended, I would come back.
