The apartment is located within a quiet complex and is very well connected to IEO, Humanitas, Bocconi University and the center of Milan.

I stayed in this apartment in Milan in December 2025 and the experience was very positive. The house is extremely welcoming, well-equipped and comfortable, cared for in the details and provided with everything necessary for a pleasant stay even in the winter months. The cleanliness and the functionality of the spaces were excellent. I immediately felt at ease. Recommended.

The apartment is located in a safe structure, well cared for in detail, well equipped with all the accessories for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean. The apartment suits my needs and is in an excellent position to reach IEO. Although the apartment is managed remotely, the owner provides photos and codes via WhatsApp and by phone in a clear and simple way for check-in management.

Beautiful structure, the interiors are well cared for. I only found one problem with the window frame that does not close well and lets in the noise of traffic. The manager is very kind. The only downside is the remote management. If you need something, WhatsApp cannot always solve the issue if you are not on site. However, I recommend this choice for a good quality-price ratio.
