Delightful Country Style Holiday Apartments – English Spoken Whilst practically everyone is familiar with the likes of Rome, Venice and Florence, and the countryside of Tuscany, Umbria and Sicily, few people know of one of Italy’s secret treasures – Piedmonte.Nestled in the Monferrato Hills about 30km west of Turin in the medieval village of Brusasco, Cristina and Max await you with a warm Northern Italian welcome. They have recently concluded a painstaking and sensitive restoration of the property and now offer four delightfully furnished, comfortable and spacious apartments for guests. The apartments themselves overlook the terraces of Borgo Vecchio around the sacred wood of Brusasco who’s colours and smells change with each season.

Upon arrival, a basket of local delicacies, fruits and wine from Cristina greets you along with tips on how to get the most out of this wonderful area, local cuisine and even recipes for those of you willing to try their hand at some traditional cooking. Whilst the area is quiet, there is no shortage of hidden delights to occupy and stimulate the body and mind from stunning walks, horse treks and bicycle tours to fantastic culinary, wine and artistic events. There is also a myriad of historical villages, churches and medieval landmarks set amongst a pristine and beautiful countryside. Or just plonk by the pool and read for the day. Mi casa su casa, as we like to say. The apartments, in different sizes, are carefully furnished, each with its own details and they are suitable for disable needs. And because both the apartments and property on the whole is full of space, it is perfectly suited to families with children who can spend their holiday in freedom. Special care for newlyweds or couples: for them we have a secluded, romantic and cosy suite furnished in local, tasteful farmhouse style with a terrace, handmade cookies, champagne in the evening and a tray full of teas and coffees for waking up.

Great location in a cul de sac, that opens into a church and a courtyard with plenty of parking space. Quite location.

Perfect welcome.\n\nTop-notch setting, really well-maintained.\n\nAn effort should be made for breakfast, which is spartan and was not ready on Sunday when we left around 07:15.

The lady who handed us the keys (she is not the owner) was very kind. The house is large and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. We had a good stay. The negative points: we had breakfast included (the tray you see in the photos) but the owner forgot to give it to us, so the lady with the keys had to rush to retrieve two items from the market that was closing; the lighting in the kitchen-living room is very low; essential items are missing in the kitchen and it is not equipped as it should be: pot holders, tablecloth, salad bowls, a small pot for boiling milk, and other items that I found necessary since I was staying with a child and therefore had to eat at home often. Some things were also broken, like the large coffee maker and the stoves that didn't all work. It's a shame because the house deserves it, but these accessories are missing in the kitchen. Overall, we were satisfied.

Buongiorno, la ringrazio e mi scuso per la colazione, purtroppo non mi sono resa conto che era presente nella vostra prenotazione, ho dato erroneamente per scontato che non fosse compresa nell'offerta del b&b day. Ora per fortuna è partita la stagione 2025 ed anche la dispensa si è ricomposta, quindi questo evento è scongiurato. La ringrazio molto per avermi indicato le cose mancanti, sarà mia cura provvedere.

Lovely place, away from the city! It feels like being in a world of its own, fantastic apartment, cared for in every detail and the agriturismo where we had dinner was simply fantastic! I will definitely come back soon.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a weekend. We had a great time; the structure is beautiful, everything is well maintained, it is practically a mini accommodation complete with everything, but with the price of a bed and breakfast, including a kitchen where you can prepare lunch without needing to leave home. The area is very quiet and is suitable for relaxing or taking a walk in the greenery of the area.
