Welcome to “Casa Genisi,” situated between Scicli and Donnalucata—an ideal location just 3 km from the sea and 4 km from Scicli’s historic center.
Nestled in the peaceful Sicilian countryside, we welcome you to a warm, hospitable, and family-friendly setting.
From the attic apartment, you can enjoy views of the Sicilian coast and spectacular sunsets.
“Casa Genisi’s” location makes it easy to explore the surrounding seaside villages and immerse yourself in the rich local culture and cuisine.
The Space
Accessible via a staircase in our lovingly tended garden, “Casa Genisi” is a refined attic apartment offering an atmosphere of elegance and comfort.
The entrance opens onto a landing where you can admire the coastline and sunsets; inside, you will find a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, coffee machine, air conditioning, TV, etc.) and a large sofa.
There are two double bedrooms—tastefully furnished with great attention to detail—each featuring a private bathroom and air conditioning, ensuring an exclusive and relaxing stay.
NOTE REGARDING BOOKINGS FOR 2 PEOPLE REQUIRING SEPARATE ROOMS:
- If two individual travelers wish to use both double bedrooms (occupying them as separate single rooms), you must contact us to arrange an additional payment and communicate this at the time of booking.
- Similarly, while a single bed is provided free of charge for a child in the room, if you wish to use the second bedroom, an additional payment is required, and this must be communicated at the time of booking. Guest access
Guests enter via a staircase leading to the attic-level landing, which has its own private entrance.
You will be provided with keys and a remote control for the automated gate, ensuring your independence.

NOTE REGARDING BOOKINGS FOR 2 PEOPLE REQUIRING SEPARATE ROOMS:
- If two individual guests wish to use the second double room (effectively occupying two separate rooms), you must contact us to arrange a surcharge and notify us at the time of booking.
- Similarly, for children, a single bed is provided in the room free of charge; however, if you wish to use the second room, a surcharge applies and must be arranged at the time of booking.
