What can I say. The most beautiful vacation we have ever had. The house is very close to the sea, taken care of in every detail. The owners are exquisite, kind and very friendly people. Many tears to leave, and I have said it all.

Very well-kept apartment, fully equipped and clean. Strategic location for those who want to visit all the beaches in the surrounding area, due to the proximity to supermarkets, bakeries, pizzerias, ice cream shops, etc. Very helpful and friendly owner.

Congratulations to Salvatore with whom we spoke from the estimate. We had forgotten the hairdryer and he had it delivered to us in less than ten minutes from the request. The CONCHIGLIA apartment, where we stayed for a week, is in a strategic position to visit the most beautiful beaches and neighboring islands (Capo Passero Island, Correnti Island, Formiche Beach, Carrotois Beach, Vendicari Reserve) but also to reach Marzamemi (only 8 minutes by car), Pachino, Noto, Avola. In the apartment, there is everything needed for cooking, a coffee machine, a washing machine; however, the bidet is missing, but despite this, the bathroom remains comfortable. Highly recommended.

Small but cozy apartment on the first floor with external staircase. Beautiful view of the sea and the pond. Parking under the house, very convenient to visit UNESCO heritage towns. Beautiful beach under the house, both free and equipped. Kind and helpful owners.

Roberto's house is a gem. As soon as you enter through the gate, you already feel at home. The indoor spaces are perfect for a family of 4 people and the outdoor spaces are large and well-kept. A few steps away you reach the sea where you have both the option of a free beach and an equipped one. Strategic location to reach the other beaches and places of interest in the area. Only issue: you wouldn't want to leave!

The house is well equipped and clean. However, out of the three bedrooms advertised, only two are adequate as the third room, although very spacious and well-equipped, lacks proper ventilation since the window overlooks a closed gap, therefore not having a direct air intake. This makes it unusable. Fortunately, being four of us, we had no issues fitting into the other two rooms. Therefore, I believe that the value for money should be compared to an apartment with 2 bedrooms, not 3. Hence, my negative judgment on the value for money. Otherwise, a good solution for those who want to access the town without using a car.

The villa is beautiful! It is equipped with all the comforts, rich in all the furniture and equipment necessary to live daily life on holiday. The sea view is the cherry on top! The location is great as in 5/10 minutes by car you can reach Pachino, Marzamemi, Portopalo. I absolutely recommend it, but if you are on foot it is impossible to reach the center because it is located in the countryside. The cleaning was perfect and the staff very kind! The villa made our holiday unforgettable!

Fantastic solution for couples or small families. The house is equipped with every comfort, not to mention the large veranda where you can enjoy beautiful evenings with the sea breeze. Top cleanliness. I rated it 8 because, having a small child, unfortunately I didn't have space to put the travel cot. But for couples, it's perfect.
