Very kind and attentive hosts. On our arrival they had arranged parking for the car. The house was airy and fully equipped. The air conditioners and ceiling fans were adequate to reduce the August heat. The house is well laid out and spacious, certainly suitable to accommodate four people. Cleaning was impeccable. The beach, unfortunately crowded in mid-August, is about 250 meters away, as are a bar, a small supermarket, a tobacconist and an excellent butcher and grocery shop. Accommodation highly recommended.

Buongiorno Sig.Vincenzo, grazie mille della più che gradita recensione, che premia il nostro costante impegno nel provare ad offrire la migliore accoglienza possibile agli Ospiti! Ha peraltro ben spiegato i punti di forza dell'appartamento, la sua ampiezza di 70mq, la terrazza arieggiata di 40mq, il sistema doppio (pale a soffitto e condizionatori) che permette di difendersi al meglio dal caldo, la riservatezza del luogo, ma nello steso tempo la vicinanza alla spiaggia (250 mtl) e a tutti gli esercizi pubblici, compresa la farmacia! Per ultimo, ma per noi certamente una priorità, la pulizia impeccabile per la massima igiene! A Marina di Modica avete vissuto un caldo straordinario, un clima ben diverso da quello di Lione e ci fa piacere non lo abbiate sofferto. Vi auguriamo una buona prosecuzione dell'estate.
