What we would highlight is the location: if you need to consider transportation, the port, or bus stops, this is definitely the place. Otherwise, the apartment has been freshly painted and has new beds, a bit softer, but still better than elsewhere. On the other hand, we rate the condition of the bathroom very poorly; the fixtures are very, very old, which makes maintenance harder. The shower stall is about 0.5 x 0.5 m, so anyone who is overweight will have a problem. The kitchen really only has the bare essentials for the number of people; it is sufficient at most for preparing breakfast, and the microwave did not work at all. The views are of the opposite walls of houses and into other apartments; it is just a typical old alleyway, which is also full of clutter, and no natural light gets into the apartment at all. Max two nights; we stayed five nights and that was already too much for us. But access to the city center is good, just a few minutes from shopping streets and restaurants. Value for money is definitely there. I would recommend investing in a new bathroom and feel free to raise the price: it will be fine.
