Our holiday home is located in Sferracavallo, the sea area of ??Palermo, with a panoramic Solarium with a spectacular view of the Coral Bay. "Palermo Mare Holidays" is a sort of museum of the sea, where you can breathe the perfumes of Sicilian mainare traditions. The structure has a design with attention to every detail, with typical Sicilian aredamenti.

Travelers who will stay with us will be able to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the streets of the sea, taste the gastronomic specialties of street food and local restaurants-trattorias.
Not far from the hotel is the beach of Mondello but also high shores and places of interest to satisfy your desire for knowledge.

Our structure is the perfect place for couples but also for families who like to travel and want to feel at home. Ideal for a romantic getaway and for anyone wishing to spend some time in a pristine natural marine environment.

They are available to our customers private bathroom in each room, free wifi, an air-conditioned environment, areas dedicated to smokers with areas, free return at any time, private parking, a lovely solarium overlooking the sea with relaxation areas.
We will guide you to the discovery of the territory also informing you about the many itineraries to follow and excursions to take part in to visit the most beautiful and characteristic places.
Our rooms
Our rooms or apartments are all air conditioned, equipped with hairdryer, internet access, TV, mirror and luggage rack, minibar, kitchen (for apartments).
We will be happy to welcome your four-legged friends (up to 12kg in weight). A prior request must be made to the owner.
Disabled access is available.
You will be welcomed and assisted by the managers able to speak Italian, English, French, German, Spanish.

Thanks to its location, our structure is close to public transport stops (bus, metro, train) to easily reach the historic center of Palermo, the airport of Palermo but also other places of tourist interest.

Great terrace, very clean rooms. Beautiful design of the house and rooms. Very noisy inside the house, but you can't hear anything from the loud surroundings.

I recently stayed at this lovely property with my partner. I must say that I had read many positive reviews and some not so great ones that are simply unfounded. We had a great time. It is located in the center of a seaside town in Palermo, Sferracavallo. So we had everything close by. The owner was very helpful. He showed us different types of rooms besides the one we had booked and I must say they were all well finished and in Sicilian style. We were amazed by the recently renovated sea view terrace, a beauty. The property also has a very convenient elevator. I recommend it with closed eyes. The quality-price ratio is excellent, don't waste time! It's worth its cost for the location, solarium, private parking, and additional services.

At check-in, it felt like being in a marathon. The owner was in a rush, did a quick tour of the apartment and then the payment. I struggled to ask just two questions and to request a map of the area. Meanwhile, my husband was at risk of being crushed by the wardrobe while I was in the office paying. The owner heard a loud noise but, either because he was in a hurry or didn't want to know, he didn't pay attention. The air conditioning was very old and extremely dirty, never sanitized. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, as were the old and flattened pillows. We didn't know that the toilet was for disabled people, making it inconvenient to use because there was no floor support, being too high! The dishes and glasses were dirty. The bathroom sink plug wouldn't close, making it impossible to shave. As for value for money, I would say it was lacking.

Beautiful place, spectacular terrace view where you can comfortably see the fireworks. We took an apartment with a balcony on the main street, 3 minutes from the sea and the local amenities, clean and equipped. The manager is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back, thanks to manager Vincenzo.

We only spent one night but it deserves a longer stay. Very central structure, a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment with kitchen and small terrace, functional and comfortable. On the top floor of the building there is a solarium terrace with a view of the bay, unfortunately we did not take advantage of it as we were just passing through. Automatic check-in with all necessary information, private parking not far away. Thank you Vincenzo.

New and well-organized structure. Good location in the center of the village. Large terrace and breathtaking sea view. Equipped solarium with sunbeds and shower. Kind and welcoming owner, recommended us many places to visit and where to eat good fish and excellent breakfast.
