Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €7.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €16.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs, cats of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, with pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds
- Garden
- A one-time additional cost of 45 € for final cleaning
- Pet damage deposit: 100.00 €

Other notes

The rate does not include air conditioning:
for minimum stays, up to 2 days will be charged at an extra cost of EUR 18,00 per day, in case of use;
for stays over 2 days, EUR 0,90 for each shot consumed;
