Our property is the ideal location all families on the move will feel right at home here, also thanks to special services just for your children, for a romantic holiday in a quiet, reserved setting, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city.
Accommodation features
We offer our customers lovely 3 rooms apartments with two bed rooms (equipped with ceiling fans), bathroom with shower (totally renovated in Marc 2023) kitchenette and a living-dining room with a large terrace looking at the garden and the blue sea. Inside free Wi-Fi, independent heating, wallsafe, TV Sat, refrigerator/freezer, oven and gas cooker, iron, kettle, microwave, toaster. All around a wide garden with all kind of wonderful plants and flowers, tennis table, play ground for children, bowling green, a large car parking.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, they allowed us to check in early and leave later than originally planned. Wanda picked us up from the train station on our arrival, which was such a nice gesture! We got lots of recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets, which was also very helpful.\nThe hotel is so close to the beach, within a 2-minute walk you can go in the sea. There are also a couple of nice restaurants just down the street, everything else is accessible by foot further away in the town.\nThe location is super peaceful and quiet, we had no disturbances and the view from the terrace is incredible, especially for sunrises!

We had a very pleasant stay at Park Residence Cicladi. It was great to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea. The big balcony is a great advantage of the apartment. The private beach, which is really a 3-minute walk, was a blessing. Wanda Giglio and her husband are extremely nice, friendly and utmost helpful hosts. Thanks a lot.

Magnificent place, close to a beautiful beach unfortunately quite dirty. The local users are very neglectful and the owners had to have it cleaned. Wanda the owner is very pleasant, helpful, and honest. We will definitely come back.

A beautiful collection of houses in greenery. We stayed in Mykonos, but the apartments are similar. The two-story houses are divided into two apartments, each with a terrace. You arrive at number 61 of SS 113, first automatic gate on the road and then to the left another gate to enter the residence, with parking right away. Unfortunately, to get to the beach, you need to take the road for another 200 meters, 2 minutes on foot, but the buildings around are not nice and the beach is not well maintained, so it is better to go to the nearby Caletta di Sant'Elia or Kafara beach.

Excellent structure surrounded by greenery and with sea view, apartment with simple furnishings but equipped with everything, cool and quiet, with safety box and private parking with automatic gate. 150 meters from the beach. Strategic location to visit nearby Palermo, Monreale, Cefalù, Mondello, etc. A week of pure relaxation. Highly recommended to regenerate mind and body.

Fantastic holiday in a paradisiacal place! The property is well cared for in detail, the owners are very friendly. Particularly striking is the wooden furniture, the tasteful objects on the furniture, the well-whitewashed walls, and the generous supply of dishes and cookware. Last but not least, the silence and the vegetation that 'surrounds' the apartments lovingly, making the stay particularly relaxing. I recommend it without any doubt.
