Minimum Stay:
- August: one week minimum stay (from Saturday to Saturday)
- rest of the year: 2 nights minimum stay.

PROMOTIONAL RATES:
- Children under 3 yrs go free
- Children under 10 yrs get 50 % discount (only for nightly rates)
- Long stay discount rate: 10 % for more than 2 weeks stay (except August)
- Bmw motorbike rental at special rates
- Cot available upon request: 5 Euros per day
- Pets are not allowed

I stayed a couple of nights in a slightly off-season period. The accommodation is very close to the central square, clean, well-equipped, and the manager is helpful and professional.

We stayed in Erice and spent the night at the Brezza Marina in Valderice, an ancient baglio masterfully restored by the owners both externally and internally. Sergio, who welcomed us, provided us with very valuable information on places to visit. Everything perfect.
