Our vacation home is located in the historic center of the city. "Residenza Arnica" is a structure situated on a quiet side street in the historic center, with breathtaking panoramic views and all services within reach.

Surroundings
The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to discover routes and sites of interest thanks to the advice and suggestions of the managers in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
A short distance from our residence, guests will find culture, sports, leisure, shopping, events, relaxation, and everything that enriches a vacation.

Property Features
Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, heated rooms, freedom to return at any time, parking, and a kitchenette.

We have three three-room apartments and two two-room apartments, located in the heart of the village just a few steps from the main street, shops, and entertainment venues.

All apartments are equipped with a large balcony and a parking space, despite being located in the old nucleus of Molveno with its characteristic alleyways, doors, renovated old stables, exposed stone walls, small gardens, and evidence of a now disappeared peasant society, now dedicated to hospitality and tourism.

The ground floor apartment also has a charming garden with a lovely wooden gazebo, equipped with a table and benches.

Residenza Arnica in Molveno is right in the middle of town, with awesome views of the lake. It comes with its own parking spot, and there's a place to charge your electric car in a public parking lot just a 2-minute walk away. It's a good deal compared to the hotels around here. You check in at Hotel Garni Arnica, but don't worry, they'll take you right to your place from there.

I can't say enough about how nice the family that runs this apartment is. They are friendly and helpful, trying to anticipate our needs and give us anything we needed. It was super convenient to be near the shops and to have the use of a washing machine. We loved this little apartment and would definitely return!

House located in the center of Molveno, a few steps from any point of interest, cable car, and any service you may desire. Convenient and very close to the slopes of Andalo/Fai della Paganella. Immaculately clean house and complete with every service. Friendly and available managers, they have met all our needs. Highly recommended!
