Sylvia is excellent, we were able to secure a two-bedroom apartment. She communicated with us easily and was very friendly and helpful. It was difficult to get a taxi at times directly from the location. The beds slept well. The bathroom was clean, and a complimentary bottle of wine was provided.

Clean apartment with simple yet tasteful furnishings. It has everything you need. Courteous and helpful host for luggage storage both before and after check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds, livable garden, all very comfortable. Quiet area but close to the center reachable on foot or by tram, tram stop just a stone's throw from the house. Nearby bars and restaurants at really fair prices, and grocery stores. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend your property to families and groups of friends looking for a cozy and well-located accommodation in Florence. My experience was extremely positive, and I can't wait to come back to immerse myself once again in the beauty of this charming city.

Comfortable accommodation close to the center, it takes just a half hour walk to get there. The only flaw is the parking space, you have to be lucky to find it and moreover it's paid, €2 per hour.

Very welcoming, clean structure, well located in Florence, everything is easily reachable on foot. The apartment is equipped with every comfort and you sleep very well.
