Appartamento Da Matteo is apparently ideally located within a maximum of 15 minutes walking distance from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, Pisa S. Rossore train station, and a PAM supermarket. The apartment is very quiet, clean, and equipped with the bare essentials for a short stay. We stayed for 9 days and the owner, always available and attentive, organized a cleaning and laundry service included mid-stay. Only the bedding could be improved (bed and sofa). But it is a good value for money.

Modern apartment just a short walk from the tower, with very convenient parking included. The host was very kind and always available. Recommended!

Small, very charming apartment close to the city center. Excellent for its purpose. I am very grateful for Matteo's availability, the host, who was helpful in every possible way. The apartment provided towels, sheets and a welcome bottle of water. Very useful as a base for one or two nights from a personal point of view. Thanks to Matteo.

I had a great stay. The house is a short walk from the famous Tower and the main shopping street. I really appreciated the air conditioning and the small private garden.

Great location for reaching the Leaning Tower of Pisa, also convenient for those who want to go to the beach. The owner is very helpful, we had a great stay.

Everything is fine. Arrived with private parking. Instructions for entrance perfect. Place as described. The owner is kind and ready for any request. What can I say, the location is a stone's throw from the center!

Great choice, the only point is the mattress is too soft (but everyone is used to different things) and a pillow with an uneven structure. Everything else is fine.

Decent apartment, quiet, in a quiet area. Good value for money, convenient location to reach the city center on foot, condominium parking with always available spots. Matteo is prompt in his responses and very accurate in providing information.

I found this apartment comfortable to visit Pisa and with the directions given by Matteo, I was able to reach Florence easily from San Rossore station.
