Very clean apartment but location far from the city center and not very reassuring. No breakfast despite booking being for Bed and Breakfast... We did not see the owners (unlike Florence where we were the next day), exchanges were polite over the phone and Whatsapp. No city map provided and no advice on how to visit it (unlike Florence). Apartment a bit dated especially the shower wall in the bathroom and some electrical outlets (especially in the bathroom).

Mrs. Patrizia was very kind and helpful. The apartment was very nice and very clean. Very convenient for those who need to use the hospital, reachable from the airport with a 10-minute taxi ride, equally from the center. Highly recommended especially for the quality/price ratio.

The structure is located near the Cisanello hospital. It is comfortable and cozy, it has a bit of everything, from the kitchen to the living room. It is a bit dated, but it has all the comforts.

The structure is located in a building about 50 years old, on the outskirts of Pisa, in a quiet area, the nearest bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, so very convenient. I had the whole apartment to myself at a great price, the place had been aired out, but there was a lingering smell of damp wood in the bathroom, I suppose due to the window frame. Clean surfaces and clean bed and bath linens, the shower was clean and with hot water, there was a hairdryer and dishes available, and even a new dish detergent. The owner was very helpful in helping me find a nearby supermarket, also the self-check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I went alone, but there are beds for more people, so it's perfectly suitable for a family.

I stayed at Mrs. Patrizia's apartment for a hospital stay. The structure is very close to Cisanello hospital, literally reachable in a few steps (less than 5 minutes). The apartment is equipped with every comfort, such as air conditioning, washing machine, state-of-the-art television, hairdryer. Extremely clean apartment, super comfortable beds. Excellent experience! Furthermore, Mrs. Patrizia is super friendly.

La struttura si trova a poca distanza dal centro, in posizione ideale soprattutto per chi dispone di un automobile, ma anche per chi desidera muoversi con i mezzi pubblici, in quanto la zona è ben servita. Appartamento con tutti i comfort, pulito e in un contesto tranquillo. La signora Patrizia che lo gestisce è gentilissima e molto disponibile.

Appartamento ben attrezzato e pulito. Comodo per la possibilità di parcheggio auto. Cordiale la proprietaria. Peccato che la wifi andava e veniva fino a sparire completamente l'ultimo giorno. Il finestrino del bagno non si chiudeva e lasciava passare il vento.

L'appartamento si trova di fronte all ospedale. La signora Patrizia è stata sempre disponibile, puntuale e veloce. Personalmente ho gradito molto la sua discrezione. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Onesta anche nei prezzi. Molto elastica e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Ho soggiornato una notte con mia moglie, che doveva fare delle visite la mattina presto in ospedale (Cisanello). Tutto OK. La struttura è di fronte ad un ingresso dell'ospedale di Cisanello, che può essere raggiunto tranquillamente a piedi. Parcheggio condominiale per l'auto. Appartamento confortevole e molto pulito. La titolare della struttura molto gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e con mio figlio di anni 10, siamo stati veramente bene, struttura ok, riscaldamento perfetto, posto dell'appartamento perfetto per chi deve andare come noi all'ospedale Cisanello, basta attraversare le strisce pedonali e stai in ospedale, un'altra nota importante il parcheggio auto disponibile all'interno del condominio. Per terminare c'è da aggiungere la disponibilità e la puntualità della signora Patrizia. Che dire è da consigliare sicuramente.

La struttura si trova di fronte l'ospedale di Cisanello, facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Pisa. Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Gentilissima la proprietaria, disponibile in tutto.

Ho soggiornato a il Quadrifoglio per una notte poiché dovevo fare un controllo in ortopedia all'ospedale di Cisanello che dista dalla struttura veramente poco. L'appartamento è molto pulito, letti comodi e cucina fornita di tutto l'occorrente per prepararsi qualcosa di veloce senza dover per forza andare al ristorante. La signora Patrizia è stata molto gentile e premurosa.

Praticamente di fronte all'ingresso del complesso ospedaliero che si raggiunge a piedi in meno di un minuto. Posto auto disponibile. Pulizia estrema. Colazione compresa nel prezzo con cornetti, fette biscottate e marmellate. A disposizione in cucina anche latte, caffè, olio, sale zucchero, infusi per tè; nel servizio igienico a disposizione asciugamani, carta igienica e sapone. Proprietaria gentile, accogliente e puntuale. Unica piccola pecca: la chiave del portone di ingresso principale allo stabile difettosa. Ma possiamo perdonare la proprietaria che ci ha assicurato che sarà cambiata al più presto.

Ho utilizzato l'appartamento a causa di un intervento di oculistica d'urgenza. La signora Patrizia è un'ottima padrona di casa, accogliente, gentile e disponibile. La cosa che mi ha emozionato è stata la partecipazione all'evento capitatomi in maniera completa. All'arrivo in aeroporto era lì per accompagnarci a casa. Mi rimane un ricordo unico e commovente, grande persona. Spero poter riutilizzare l'appartamento per eventi lieti. Lo farò conoscere ai miei amici. Grazie di cuore per tutto.

Sono stata in un appartamento del Il Quadrifoglio per il ricovero di mia madre all'Ospedale. L'appartamento era al 4° piano, luminoso, grande e nuovo. Tra i punti di forza: la vicinanza all'ospedale (3 minuti a piedi) gli arredi nuovi, televisore piatto grande e di nuova generazione, la cucina funzionale. il frigo pulito e grande; il bagno nuovo. La nota di maggior merito va alla proprietaria, la signora Patrizia, che è stata di una gentilezza squisita, disponibilissima e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi mio problema. Mi sono sentita a casa. lo consiglio vivamente.

Ho soggiornato in questo breve periodo per visite mediche all'ospedale Cisanello e al Santa Chiara. La Signora Patrizia è stata una signora veramente squisita, la sua gentilezza e cordialità fanno di questo B&B il piatto forte. peccato per la locazione, un po' in periferia e in una zona così cosi, ma ottima per il resto. L'ideale se si ha necessità di soggiornare per motivi ospedalieri. Appartamentino accogliente, dall'arredo garbato e funzionale, distante poche centinaia di metri dall'ingresso dell'Ospedale e ottimamente collegato alla Stazione tramite bus. Dopo un primo contatto con la gentile proprietaria, lo si abita in totale autonomia e libertà. Per gli stessi motivi non lo consiglierei per soggiorni turistici, considerata la distanza dal centro e la spiacevolezza degli immediati dintorni.

Abbiamo soggiornato in tre per quattro notti e quattro giorni. Mi ero assunta personalmente il compito della ricerca tramite Internet e, oggi come allora, non posso che esprimere ampia soddisfazione perché ci siamo sentiti subito come in casa nostra. La signora Patrizia merita un plauso per la cortesia, la disponibilità e la discrezione nell'entrare in relazione con noi. Se dovessimo far ritorno a Pisa Cisanello, non esiterei a risiedere nella struttura "Il Quadrifoglio" Unico appunto: i cornetti confezionati singolarmente, che sarebbero dovuti servire per la colazione non riportavano sull'involucro la data di scadenza e, dunque, abbiamo rinunciato a consumarli.

Grande disponibilità e ottima accoglienza da parte della Signora Patrizia. Gradevole e confortevole l'immobile, un po' meno il contesto in cui è inserito. Nell'insieme per coloro i quali come noi si recano all'ospedale Cisanello gode di una posizione strategica che compensa l'aspetto esterno del palazzo in cui l'immobile è inserito.

Ottimo appartamento, pulito e confortevole, con tutto il necessario per pernottare. L'unico neo è la posizione della struttura che, nonostante sia facilmente raggiungibile e a 10 minuti di auto dal centro, sorge in un quartiere che lascia un po' a desiderare. Ad ogni modo lo consiglio vivamente a chi fosse interessato a soggiornare qualche giorno. Ottima cordialità e disponibilità anche da parte del gestore.

Per quanto riguarda la nostra posizione condivido in pieno la sua opinione, il quartiere non è dei più belli, ma dal nostro punto di vista, se considera che il 90% dei clienti che si rivolgono a noi è per motivi legati all'Ospedale Cisanello (centro d'eccellenza italiano) dal quale distiamo 50 metri, capisce che la nostra posizione è per noi un valore aggiunto.
