Description
We offer you a confortable flat (80 square meters) on the first floor of a recently constructed building, composed of:
- A kitchen equipped with fridge-refrigerator, electric oven, dishwasher, a stove with four burners;
- A dining room with TV and sofas;
- One double rooms and one room with two single beds;
- A bathroom with shower and bath;
- A little balcony with a panoramic view over the hill;
- Big private garage and outside parking;
- Personal heating system.

Towels, bedding, kitchen towels, cooking utensils and cookware, hairdryer and bathroom products are included in the price.

The flat is perfect for families: it’s situated in a quiet residential area with a little playground for babies and, nearby, there are supermarkets, hospital, chemist’s shop, banks, post office, newsagents, restaurants and public gardens.

We don’t accept pets. Smoking is not permitted.

This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet area and is ideal for visiting Arezzo and all the towns of Casentino. The owner is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent value for money.

I must say that we really enjoyed our stay. The area where the house is located is very peaceful, close to green areas and not too far from the town center. Furthermore, the homeowners were always kind and helpful.

Chiamando all'ultimo minuto non ci aspettavamo di certo una disponibilità fantastica come quella offertaci da Sara! Si è preoccupata di "volare" a Subbiano per lasciarci una casa pulitissima e super ordinata. L'appartamento, nuovissimo e fornitissimo, è stato eletto il migliore in cui io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo alloggiato nella nostra vacanza in Toscana. La nostra è stata solo una toccata e fuga, ma siamo felici di aver conosciuto una persona disponibile come Sara che è stata reperibile in qualsiasi momento e pronta a fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Se cercate un alloggio dove dormire da queste parti..Fermatevi qui!

Eravamo in 5 ospiti, tra cui un bimbo di 4 anni. Graziano ci ha accolto con la gentilezza e la cortesia che contraddistingue il casentino. Casa spaziosa, pulita, dotata di tutto. Posizione eccellente per svariare da un luogo di interesse ad un'altro. Ad una manciata di chilometri da Arezzo. Abbiamo visitato con guide, castelli, mulini ad acqua, frantoi, chiese storiche e abbazie antichissime, nonché birrifici artigianali e trattorie tipiche toscane. L'appartamento non ci ha fatto sentire semplici turisti, ma ci ha dato la sensazione di essere a casa nostra. Luogo silenzioso e confortevole, con vista sui colli casentinesi. Grande supermercato a meno di 300 mt. Non manca proprio nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend da ripetere in questo B&B attrezzato, in ordine, perfettamente pulito e confortevole. Situato in posizione comoda per raggiungere le località culturali come Arezzo, Poppi, La Verna, Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Lucignano, Cortona.. Abbiamo fatto le colazioni con una squisita torta, ottimo carburante per iniziare la giornata. Ringraziamo i proprietari Graziano e Sara per l'accoglienza calorosa. L'appartamento è molto familiare, accogliente e confortevole. Non lontano dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria (circa 10 minuti a piedi) e a due passi da un supermercato. Si trova in una zona tranquilla dove ho quindi trascorso una bella vacanza all'insegna del relax godendo delle bellezze artistiche e naturalistiche del casentino. Grazie alle pratiche cartine e guide delle quali la casa è dotata, ho potuto programmare escursioni in questa zona della Toscana sicuramente non trafficata da un turismo di massa apprezzando quindi ancora di più la gentilezza, l'ospitalità e l'ottima cucina verace locale tipica della zona.
