"Secondopiano" is designed with taste, refinement and pure attention to detail.

Our guests will be able to stroll around the lights and colours of the shopping streets explore cultural events and exhibitions.
Close by our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Arena Garibaldi Pisa".

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 20 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Le ricordo che la casa si trova in un area a traffico limitato non si puo' entrare e\o parcheggiare in Via Turati.
Se viene in auto, puo lasciarla o
lungo le strade limitrofe Via benedetto Croce o Via Queirolo o Viale Bonaini , nelle strisce blu dove si paga dalle 8 alle 20 escluso la domenica, oppure al parcheggio sorvegliato multipiano, Saba in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II che si trova a pochi metri dalla casa.
Nel caso vi consiglio di concordare una tariffa giornaliera .

Great apartment near the entrance of the central pedestrian street. Only flaw is the parking. The only available one is the paid one, always close to the apartment.

The house is completely renovated and tastefully furnished. The owner was very kind and helpful to the various needs requested. It is located in the city center in a shopping area. Recommended.

Ottima accoglienza da parte di Serena, che si è dimostrata disponibile ed attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento, pulitissimo, funzionale e spazioso. In ottima posizione per raggiungere tutti i punti di interesse della città. Vicino alla stazione, e se si dovesse andare in macchina, c'è un parcheggio sotterrano a pagamento nella vicinissima piazza Vittorio Emanuele, o, comunque, strisce blu nelle vie limitrofe.

Siamo state in quello splendido bed and breakfast con amiche, ci siamo trovate benissimo! accoglienza ed ospitalità davvero molto calorosa, per non parlare poi delle meravigliose colazioni preparate come un tempo, una varietà di torte davvero incredibile! Ci ritorneremo!

In occasione della laurea di mia figlia, abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, trovandoci da subito molto bene, le foto sul sito rappresentano fedelmente ciò che abbiamo trovato. Locali puliti e luminosi. I proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili. La consiglio per visitare la bellissima Pisa, ad un passo dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento con la mia famiglia, la casa è spaziosa e completamente ristrutturata in ogni dettaglio veramente stupenda. La comodità è massima adiacente al corso principale dei negozi della città si può raggiungere ogni monumento a piedi, ed inoltre è raggiungibile a piedi la stazione dei treni e dei bus per spostarsi agevolmente quando si vuole assaporare delle bellezze limitrofe della Toscana.
