SottoPonteVecchio is a Studio apartment (24square meters) located at the 3rd floor with elevator (there are 10-12 steps before the lift) overlooking the main way from Ponte Vecchio to Piazza Pitti. Small but comfortable and well-equipped studio with full kitchenette, where you should prepare by yourself a breakfast and/or lunch and dinner.

The apartment is completed by a queen size bed, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. A small kitchenette with micro-wave, induction-plan for two pots and a fridge without freezer. Available free WiFi and hot-cold AC. Completely new and refurbished, perfect for one or two people.

Studio's equipped by a numerical pad and a Keybox to have access by an easy and safe self check-in.

In the street where the apartment is located (Via dei Barbadori) there are some shops, including a greengrocer, 2 laundries, a post office, less than 100 meters away, a well-stocked supermarket and in front of it a bank with the service ATM.

Guests with cars can comfortably take advantage of the nearby on payment garages, one of which is under the house, or 50 meters away in Borgo San Jacopo, or 150 meters away in Via dei Bardi.

Children under the age of 18 can access the study when accompanied by an adult, parent or legal guardian.

Guests arriving by car, may park it at one of the 3 Garages closeby the Studio, all the garages are private and on payment.

Unbeatable location with great amenities and a wonderful host. This is the one place I would definitely want to be in for every trip to Florence. Very responsive and proactive host, easy check-in and check-out procedure. Everything worked as expected in this wonderful studio.

Excellent location, 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, 2 minutes from Palazzo Pitti. Well-equipped, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it and hope to return soon.

Located near Ponte Vecchio. It is the ideal solution for a couple. The owner is very kind and helpful. The structure is essential and clean. We had a very good time and will keep it in mind for a possible further visit to Florence.

Property located a few meters from Ponte Vecchio, allowing you to reach all the points of interest in Florence on foot. The room is equipped with all the services and tools necessary for a multi-night stay. Roberto and Alessandra were very kind throughout. We recommend this property!

The apartment is really very nice, new and extremely clean. The area is also convenient, a stone's throw from all the main attractions. The owner was very kind and didn't let us miss anything, highly recommended.

My partner and I traveled to Florence for a weekend and booked the SottoPonteVecchio property which already looked quite nice and cozy from the photos. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the owner, Alessandra, an exquisite person who made herself available for anything. I can only recommend this facility because we had a great time, very clean and the location is very central. If I were to return to Florence I would like to stay here again.
