Nice place just outside of Norcia. Excellent location for exploring Sibillini park. The relatively new apartment has all you need and the hosts are very friendly.

Normal comfort with only one comfortable chair inside with limited space. A very small TV. A very quiet place with beautiful view. The hostess is very friendly and enthusiastic but limited in English. Parking in the shade. Limited breakfast and kitchen tools.

The owners are exquisite, very kind and always available people, able to make you feel at ease right away. The location is spacious, well-kept and equipped with every comfort: it really feels like being at home. The accommodation is spacious, well-furnished and spotlessly clean. The breakfast is plentiful and rich in packaged products. In the area, there are opportunities for trekking and experiences at a discount, perfect for those who love to explore. As a greeting gesture, we received a very welcome gift directly from the garden, a genuine touch that tells of the passion and attention of those who manage this place. We had a wonderful stay! This structure fully embodies the spirit of Umbria: immersed in nature, surrounded by silence and breathtaking views, and made even more special by the warm welcome of the friendly dogs and cats of the house. An ideal place to relax in the midst of nature, rejuvenate and enjoy the Umbrian hospitality. We will definitely return!

I agree with what is written in other reviews! Everything is stunning! For nature lovers, it is an ideal place to appreciate the countryside and its surroundings, like the beautiful plains around Castelluccio in the Sibillini. Stunning scenery, from the various colors of the fields to the gently rolling hills at the foot of the Sibillini peaks. Valeria puts you at ease and is always available, but no less is Chicco, who plays the leading role in terms of hospitality, presence, and constant "monitoring" of the situation. Not to mention the cuddles from an adorable reddish feline that knows how to "manage" the guests (not the structure). I highly recommend this place!

Very kind and warm welcome. Magnificent place immersed in tranquility. The apartment is well cared for and has everything necessary, even for a family. Impeccable cleaning. The owner Valeria is very available and great company. It definitely deserves a new visit.

In the short time we spent at La Cascina delle Viole, we were still able to appreciate both the beauty of the place and the qualities of the "volcanic" Mrs. Valeria and her husband. Kind, welcoming, nice, caring, helpful, correct, straightforward, generous people. To better understand how we felt with them, just add "issimo" to all the adjectives I used. Thanks again.

We stayed as a couple in the superior apartment from July 31st to August 2nd and we added an additional night. The environment is large, spacious, neat, welcoming, and clean. Surrounding fields and woods, near other houses and some services. Mrs. Valeria welcomed us (supported by curious wagging tails) and accompanied us to the apartment, explaining the spaces and the rules and answering our curiosities. In the end, we gave her two practical tips about the house, which were received positively and constructively. Valeria is energetic, sunny, welcoming, loves to meet people and their traditions, and also enjoys sharing her knowledge with passion. We could spend hours talking. And so, between one conversation and another, the cherry on top. We completed, and also inaugurated, her cooking class path! Super equipped, she joined us in the same apartment: rolling pins, worktops, ingredients, tradition, laughter, photos, videos. We wanted something homey and traditional. Different pasta shapes, mostaccioli, and farecchiata umbra! Done, made, eaten! Each dish with its curiosities and its story. You will find us in her magical guestbook, where there are pages that speak with images, newspaper articles, dedications. What can I say, thank you Valeria! We wish that this dance of ours is the first of many more to come.

I found a delightful welcome and availability: Mrs. Valeria takes care of everything in detail, with skill and kindness. The spaces are very spacious and well furnished, the kitchen and bathroom are new and perfect. You can breathe clean and fragrant air in a cool and pleasant place. Highly recommended for both couples and families.

The structure is in a great location, convenient for reaching Castelluccio di Norcia and surroundings. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, cool environments despite the external heat. Excellent welcome from the owners, really caring and friendly, they indicated the most interesting places to visit and made us feel at home. Recommended for those who want to experience a peaceful vacation surrounded by nature.

What can I say? Apartments immersed in the greenery, super clean, with everything you need to spend relaxing days in the countryside, a few km from Norcia and Castelluccio. You will be welcomed by the very kind Valeria and with the cuddles of her wonderful dogs who passionately love children. Highly recommended to everyone!

The earthquake did not destroy the heart of Valeria and her husband (the property managers). They manage to warm the hearts of the guests with a warm and familiar welcome. Everything is perfect for those who are capable of loving nature and a house that lacks nothing. We would like to come back here to get lost in the peace of the place... because peace is not boredom. We spent 4 enchanting days at La Cascina delle Viole, managed by Valeria, a truly special person who welcomed us and made us feel at home. The place is a corner of paradise from another era and the apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. The location was also convenient for visiting various places in beautiful Umbria. Everything was perfect.

In the countryside there is a lot of tranquility, the apartment is clean, well furnished with many details and the owner is helpful and courteous.

The structure is located in a very quiet and panoramic position. We found the apartment heated and very clean, complete with everything you may need (from the sewing set to the QR code for excursions). The furniture is new and the beds are comfortable. The owner, besides being a very talented photographer, is a very kind and friendly person, ready to satisfy any request and so empathetic that makes you feel like family. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the property to anyone who wants to have a holiday in these beautiful lands.

La Cascina delle Viole is a beautiful place to relax, go on excursions, and visit many beautiful villages nearby. The house is new, equipped with everything and spacious, in a quiet location. The owner is very kind and always available. Truly a wonderful place.

Memories of a journey. La Cascina delle Viole is a place of tranquility located in the open countryside, ideal for those who want to escape the city's frenzy. I find myself in Norcia, a place where I felt peaceful. The scent of roses and aromatic herbs surrounding the place brought me back to my childhood memories. I dreamed of savoring the warmth of the fireplace again, but it was too hot to light it. There is a small table where you can eat. I used it to have coffee every morning, an experience that is priceless, especially considering that I can't do it in the city. The scent of freshly cut and harvested hay, and the bales ready to dry for the winter, add further charm to the place. Then there's a little train, made of fruit crates, that seems to travel through green meadows. At night, it is illuminated by small lanterns, creating a dreamy atmosphere. And then there's the possibility of sitting and admiring the kitten that, quietly, sits there watching you. There's also a dog that stays in front of the gate at night, almost as if to protect you. I have a lot to tell, but I prefer to leave you the opportunity to go there and fall in love with that place. Imagine yourself sitting outside, listening to the birdsong. If you pass by Norcia and want to escape the chaos, try visiting this place. It recharged my soul.
