Surroundings Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to be amazed by the work of our artisans, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas. Nearby our guests will find monuments and places of interest for culture vultures. Location Our residence is the perfect location all families on the move will feel right at home here, for a dream vacation in a discreet, romantic setting, for travellers who take a break to be pampered in a discreet, refined locations, if you love the peace and quiet of nature, far from the bustle of the city. Accommodation features Our guests can take advantage of en-suite bathroom in every room, free Wi-Fi, smoking areas, guests are free to return at any time of night, car park, parking slot, a landscaped garden, kitchenette, large terrace.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation - from time of booking to 20 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged; - from 19 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking; - from 6 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the booking; - from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking; - A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Our apartment was for 5 people and was exactly as described on the website. Particularly appreciated was the cleanliness of the rooms and the nighttime tranquility. No noises. The location is perfect for getting around by car and also has free parking on site. The owner, Marcello, is a very kind and friendly person who provided us with several tips about the area. Absolutely recommended. P.S.: we were a group of 5 people between 20 and 26 years old.

The structure is well-kept, tidy, and immersed in greenery, and also 'green' with photovoltaic panels to reduce environmental impact. It is a family-run 'Bed and Breakfast' so the owners, very helpful and courteous, will be able to meet your needs. They will be able to show you places to visit in the area and specialties to try. The pool, like the rest of the surrounding garden, is very well maintained and cleaned every day, taking care of the common areas. The cleanliness of the accommodations is very good. The only thing, in my opinion, as far as I'm concerned, would be to invest in the comfort of the beds (a bit worn). Definitely worth going back.

Very cozy and clean apartment, excellent location, the owner is very hospitable. Recommended for families with children, the pool is absolutely pleasant with a beautiful green area around.
