Description
ROMA holiday Residence composed of independent apartments perfect for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday, without missing out on any amenities, in an area frequented every year by tourists who love the sea, food and fun.

Ideal for couples and families, the complex is located in Eraclea Mare, 200 meters from the sea. The beach equipped with kiosks, sports and leisure areas, is enriched with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers that we can reserve for our guests.

The building overlooks the characteristic pedestrian façade, a supermarket, bar, bakery, pharmacy and all the most important services to make your holiday comfortable are available 2 steps from the property. The apartments also have free parking and a laundry room.

The strategic position of the structure allows you to fully experience Eraclea mare, the beach, its lush pine forest, the wild nature available at the Laguna del Mort, its entertainment, and also will allow you to quickly reach Venice and its islands immersed in the lagoon., Padua, Verona and Vicenza.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €0.80 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 6 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €25.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €50.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 50.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

We stayed for a week in this Residence Vacanze Roma and we can't complain about anything. Everything is sufficient. We missed a kettle and a toaster. But we respect Italian customs. It is different in every country. The host Mrs. Marta and her family are very nice people. We have two small children who get up very early in the morning and make a bit of noise. So I was a little afraid of complaints. But it was never a problem. And we had an apartment right next to the hosts. The sea is a few minutes' walk away. Beautiful clean beach and sea. A charming town. Excellent pizza and ice cream. The price for the stay was excellent. We would love to come back next year. Best regards, Karel and Ivana.
