The rooms were spacious and quiet in a very classic building just outside of the old city. It is an easy walk into the old city center and a 20-minute walk to the main train station. There was a washing machine but I did not use it since air drying would have taken too long. The bathing shower was nice with a good amount of hot water. \nHostess was very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice apartment with parking possibilities on the street and/or in a nearby parking lot. The facility is located very close to the historic center in a very nice neighborhood. The owners were very kind! I recommend it.

During the Valentine's weekend, we stayed at Residenza Montecchi. The structure is small, romantic, with few apartments and is located next to the river in a strategic position to visit all the points of interest in the city (which also allows you to come and go from home comfortably). About 30 meters from the structure, there is a very convenient underground parking. The little apartment we chose was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Eleonora, a young, kind, and very prepared person who gave us information about the monuments to visit, restaurants, and answered all our questions thoroughly. The value for money is definitely high. A highly recommended place from us, we hope to return soon.

Eleonora's kindness and availability, along with the clarity of the information, make this stay special. The structure is simple but clean and tidy. The basic kitchen equipment is enriched by an espresso machine and some coffee pods, and there are also sugar packets. The location is excellent in the oldest area of Verona, just steps away from Ponte Pietra and the Roman Theater. Thank you for everything.

Apartment in a very convenient location 10 minutes from the center of Verona, a bit hot (but we stayed on days that reached 40°C) and a bit noisy because it's on the street (the one we stayed in). The manager was extremely helpful and prompt in handling a small issue independent of the structure. Highly recommended.

Very cute small apartments just a stone's throw from the center of Verona. Excellent internal facilities (coffee machine with related pods, washing machine and even iron and ironing board). The receptionist girl was courteous and helpful. The only flaw, at least for the apartment I stayed in, was the bathroom sink that took a long time to drain the water and the shower box did not seem well sealed during the shower. General flaw, poor soundproofing starting from the windows. However, I recommend it.

Very cute Bed and Breakfast in the center of Verona. A perfect welcome with very kind and helpful staff in providing you with lots of information about the city. Practically in the center, you can walk around and be close to everything. Very clean and with all comforts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Since check-in, we had the feeling of poor availability from the manager. We asked if we could leave the room half an hour later, but we received a categorical no. Comfortable double bed, uncomfortable sofa bed. The room is noisy, the fixtures do not provide good sound insulation, as the street is busy. Comfortable apartment in terms of space. Impossible to park in the area except in a paid parking lot, with a fee of 20 euros per day. Low value for money ratio.

È stato spiacevole la vostra continua insistenza nel richiedere di applicare uno sconto superiore a quello che vi è stato riservato in fase di prenotazione. Abbiamo accettato di accogliervi nonostante il check-in tardivo e rispetto al nostro regolamento. Vi abbiamo dato tutto le informazioni necessarie per il deposito bagagli. Purtroppo le vostre richieste in merito a questo e al late check-out (più di 2 ore) non rientrano nei nostri servizi. Oltre a ciò, pensiamo che dev’essere cura dell’ospite lasciare gli appartamenti in cui ha soggiornato in condizioni decorose rispettando le regole più basilari quali spegnere le luci, chiudere le porte di ingresso dell’appartamento e della struttura terminato il soggiorno (invece che lasciare tutto aperto ed incustodito). Advantages: location near the center, simple and courteous check-in, excellent cleanliness. Apartment in an elegantly renovated building. Disadvantages: located along a busy street, so quite noisy. In the bathroom, there is no furniture to place towels or toiletry bags. Radiators not working perfectly. Lack of free parking in the area.

Structure 150 meters from Ponte Pietra, through which you can access the historic center, the beating heart of the city of Verona. The manager Matteo and his dad Dino are very kind and super helpful in fulfilling every request. The apartments are spacious and clean. Struttura molto graziosa in una bellissima zona di Verona. A pochissimi minuti dal centro storico, con ampie possibilità di parcheggio considerando di trovarsi in centro città, e a pochi passi dall'Adige in un punto in cui la vista sulle Torricelle toglie il fiato. L'appartamento è molto curato, anche nei dettagli, come quello dello specchio illuminato nella toilette, e la pulizia è impeccabile. Sandro, il proprietario, è molto cordiale e disponibile. Un'appartamento così si può dire che è all'altezza della bellezza della città in cui si trova.

Siamo stati alla Residenza Montecchi con mio marito sia per lavoro che per turismo. Siamo stati molto bene. Pulizia e confort in una sapiente gestione ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L'appartamento è molto bello e full optional con un ottimo wiFi gratuito utilissimo per organizzare il mio lavoro. La macchinetta del caffè a cialde è stata un toccasana. La struttura è in una posizione invidiabile a due passi dal centro storico ma ancora con quel sapore per nulla turistico. Molti localini e ottime trattorie nelle vicinanze. La gentilezza e la competenza di Sandro ci ha fatto stare molto bene. Che dire sicuramente ci ritorneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Ho trovato l'appartamento dei Pappagalli veramente carino e confortevole, arredato con gusto e ricercatezza. Il WiFi gratuito ci è servito molto. Ottima posizione e vicinanza ai monumenti e allo shopping. Sandro ci ha saputo consigliare i giusti ristoranti con ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Siamo stati alla Residenza Montecchi alcuni giorni in aprile con la mia compagna e devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo. Struttura molto curata arredata bene non con cose dozzinali ed i letti soprattutto sono molto grandi. La struttura è molto pulita in ottima posIzione centrale. Il servizio e la disponibilità di Sandro sono stati impeccabili. E la macchinetta elettrica per il caffè è stata un toccasana. Grazie ancora, ci torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo.
